William Lloyd (councillor)
William Albert Lloyd (born 1 November 1988) is the Brentwood First Councillor for Warley in Brentwood, Essex.
He was elected in May 2007 to represent the Conservatives but has since left the party to lead the newly formed Brentwood First group.〔(Martin Bell gives his backing to new Brentwood First political party )〕 He was the youngest person to be elected to official office in Britain at the age of 18,〔(BBC NEWS | England | Essex | Councillor, 18, 'youngest in UK' )〕 the minimum age for candidates having been lowered from 21 to 18 the previous year.
